Je prends en charge la r\u00e9\u00e9ducation des patients en neuro-handicap, avec une approche fond\u00e9e sur l\u2019intensit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition, tout en r\u00e9alisant des bilans r\u00e9guliers pour adapter les objectifs. Je coordonne l\u2019\u00e9quipe pluridisciplinaire, organise les plannings et structure le contenu des s\u00e9ances men\u00e9es en collaboration avec les APA pour garantir des protocoles coh\u00e9rents et intensifs.<\/p>\n

Je participe \u00e9galement \u00e0 la mise en place des projets de recherche, au c\u0153ur de Station Debout, visant \u00e0 \u00e9valuer l\u2019apport des technologies innovantes, notamment la robotique, en compl\u00e9ment de la kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapie, afin d\u2019augmenter l\u2019intensit\u00e9, la pr\u00e9cision et l\u2019objectivation des r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n

Je prends en charge l’accompagnement psychomoteur des patients en situation de handicap m\u00e9dullaire, en travaillant sur la r\u00e9appropriation du sch\u00e9ma corporel et de la conscience du corps, la coordination, le tonus et les fonctions motrices r\u00e9siduelles. Mon approche est r\u00e9solument neuropsychomotrice, centr\u00e9e sur la stimulation des aff\u00e9rences sensorimotrice et l’activation de la boucle sensorimotrice, indispensable chez nos patients pour recr\u00e9er un dialogue entre le corps et le syst\u00e8me nerveux. J’accorde une attention particuli\u00e8re aux fonctions sensorielles, notamment la proprioception, le sens vestibulaire et l’\u00e9quilibre r\u00e9siduel, comme leviers essentiels de la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration neurologique.<\/p>\n

Je m’inscris pleinement dans la dynamique pluridisciplinaire de Station Debout, en collaborant \u00e9troitement avec les kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapeutes, les APA et l’ensemble de l’\u00e9quipe pour proposer des s\u00e9ances coh\u00e9rentes et compl\u00e9mentaires. Je participe \u00e9galement aux projets de recherche de la structure, visant \u00e0 \u00e9valuer l’apport des technologies innovantes, notamment la robotique, dans l’am\u00e9lioration de l’intensit\u00e9 et de l’objectivation des r\u00e9sultats en r\u00e9\u00e9ducation neurologique.<\/p>\n

Avec mon tuteur Tristan, qui m\u2019accompagne dans cet apprentissage, nous assurons la prise en charge de patients en situation de neuro-handicap, aussi bien sur le plan fonctionnel que psychique. Notre accompagnement th\u00e9rapeutique s\u2019appuie sur plusieurs axes : le renforcement du tonus musculaire, la stimulation sensorielle, la r\u00e9\u00e9ducation des capacit\u00e9s de motricit\u00e9 globale et fine, le d\u00e9veloppement des fonctions ex\u00e9cutives, ainsi que le soutien de l\u2019image du corps \u2014 c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire la mani\u00e8re dont le patient per\u00e7oit son propre corps \u2014 et du sch\u00e9ma corporel, qui correspond \u00e0 la perception du corps dans l\u2019espace.<\/p>\n

Je participe \u00e0 la prise des patients en situation, en contribuant \u00e0 la mise en place des s\u00e9ances ax\u00e9es sur l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique adapt\u00e9e. J\u2019interviens en collaboration avec l\u2019\u00e9quipe pluridisciplinaire afin de proposer des s\u00e9ances coh\u00e9rentes et compl\u00e9mentaires. Enfin, je m\u2019implique dans les projets de recherche men\u00e9s au sein de Station Debout, en apportant un appui dans le recueil de donn\u00e9es et l\u2019analyse des effets des dispositifs innovants, afin de mieux comprendre leur int\u00e9r\u00eat dans l\u2019optimisation de la r\u00e9\u00e9ducation.<\/p>\n

Au sein de Station Debout, j’interviens aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de l’\u00e9quipe pluridisciplinaire pour accompagner les patients en neuro-handicap \u00e0 travers des s\u00e9ances con\u00e7ues pour maximiser l’intensit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition des exercices. Je participe activement \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre des protocoles de r\u00e9\u00e9ducation en adaptant chaque s\u00e9ance aux capacit\u00e9s et aux objectifs de chaque patient.<\/p>\n

Je m’implique \u00e9galement dans les projets de recherche de Station Debout, en contribuant \u00e0 l’\u00e9valuation des technologies innovantes, comme levier pour objectiver les progr\u00e8s et augmenter l’efficacit\u00e9 des prises en charge.<\/p>\n

Je pilote la gestion op\u00e9rationnelle de Station Debout, en coordonnant les ressources humaines, mat\u00e9rielles et organisationnelles afin d\u2019assurer une prise en charge optimale et continue des patients. Mon r\u00f4le inclut \u00e9galement la r\u00e9ponse aux appels d\u2019offres de recherche, avec l\u2019identification des opportunit\u00e9s de financement, la structuration des projets et la r\u00e9daction des dossiers scientifiques et administratifs.<\/p>\n

Par ailleurs, j’organise les protocoles de recherche clinique en r\u00e9\u00e9ducation neurologique, en int\u00e9grant des examens compl\u00e9mentaires r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en milieu hospitalier. Cela implique la coordination avec les \u00e9quipes m\u00e9dicales, la d\u00e9finition des crit\u00e8res d\u2019inclusion et d\u2019\u00e9valuation, ainsi que le suivi m\u00e9thodologique et r\u00e9glementaire des \u00e9tudes.<\/p>\n

Je con\u00e7ois et pilote les actions de communication, anime les r\u00e9seaux sociaux et valorise les avanc\u00e9es scientifiques en veillant \u00e0 leur lisibilit\u00e9 et \u00e0 leur impact.<\/p>\n

En parall\u00e8le, je structure et d\u00e9veloppe les campagnes de collecte de fonds ainsi que les partenariats de m\u00e9c\u00e9nat. J\u2019organise les relations avec les partenaires et coordonne les intervenants internes et prestataires externes, dans une logique d\u2019efficacit\u00e9, de coh\u00e9rence et d\u2019impact.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Station Debout constitue un outil de recherche unique ouvert aux \u00e9quipes souhaitant d\u00e9velopper des protocoles de mesure objective.
