Alexandra ROI
Masseur-physiotherapist & Coordinator of Station Debout
I oversee the rehabilitation of patients with neurological disabilities, using an approach based on intensity and repetition, while conducting regular assessments to adjust goals. I coordinate a multidisciplinary team, organize schedules and structure of sessions in collaboration with the APA to ensure consistent and intensive protocols.
I also participate in the development of research projects at Station Debout aimed at evaluating the contribution of innovative technologies -particularly robotics- in addition to physiotherapy, to increase the intensity, precision and objectivity of the results.
“Taking the time for truly intensive rehabilitation means giving patients every opportunity to realize their full recovery potential”

Tristan THEBAULT
Psychomotor therapist at Station Debout
I provide psychomotor therapy for patients with spinal cord injuries, focusing on helping them regain body awareness and body image, as well as improving coordination, muscle tone, and residual motor functions. My approach is firmly neuropsychomotor, focused on stimulating sensorimotor afferents and activating the sensorimotor loop—which is essential for our patients to reestablish communication between the body and the nervous system. I pay particular attention to sensory functions, especially proprioception, the vestibular sense, and residual balance, as key drivers of neurological recovery.
I am fully committed to the multidisciplinary approach at Station Debout, working closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and the entire team to provide coherent and complementary sessions. I also participate in the facility’s research projects, which aim to evaluate the contribution of innovative technologies—particularly robotics—to improving the intensity and objectivity of outcomes in neurological rehabilitation.
« Reactivating the sensorimotor loop means giving the body the means to gather information and reorganize itself, and giving the patient every opportunity to realize their recovery potential. »

Maÿlis RICARD
Phsychomotor therapist in apprenticeship
Together with my supervisor Tristan, who is guiding me through this training, we provide care for patients with neurological disabilities, addressing both their functional and psychological needs. Our therapeutic approach focuses on several key areas: strengthening muscle tone, sensory stimulation, rehabilitation of gross and fine motor skills, development of executive functions, as well as support for body image -that is, how the patient perceives their own body- and body schema, which refers to the perception of the body in space.
« Rehabilitating the body and the psyche for comprehensive and holistic care »

Lucas MANGEAS
First-year master’s student in adapted physical activity specializing in neurological disabilities
I assist with patient assessments and help design sessions focused on adapted physical activity. I work in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to design rehabilitation sessions that are coherent and complementary. Finally, I am involved in research projects conducted at Station Debout, providing support in data collection and the analysis of the effects of innovative medical devices, in order to better understand their value in optimizing rehabilitation

Kossaila TIGHEDINE
Intern in Adapted Physical Activity, Master’s 1 in APA BIRE (Rehabilitation, Inclusion and Well-being)
At Station Debout, I work alongside the multidisciplinary team to support patients with neurological disabilities during their sessions designed to maximize the intensity and repetition of exercises. I actively participate in implementing rehabilitation protocols by tailoring each session to the abilities and goals of each patient.
I am also involved in Station Debout’s research projects, contributing to the evaluation of innovative technologies as a tool to objectively measure progress and enhance the effectiveness of care.
« Every patient has the potential to recover—my role is to harness physical activity to unlock that potential, with dedication and precision. »

Sophie BLANCHO
General Manager
I oversee the operational management of Station Debout, coordinating human, material and organizational resources to ensure optimal and continuous patient care. My role also includes responding to research calls for proposals, identifying funding opportunities, structuring projects, and drafting scientific and administrative documents.
In addition, I organize clinical research protocols in neurological rehabilitation, incorporating additional tests conducted in a hospital setting. This involves coordinating with medical teams, defining inclusion and evaluation criteria, and ensuring methodological and regulatory compliance for the studies.
« The research platform led by IRME is open to teams wishing to develop innovative protocols, with structured supervision involving physical therapists and adapted physical activity professionals, ensuring rigorous and immediately operational implementation. »

Aurore ZHANG
Marketing Manager
I define and implement Station Debout’s marketing and communications strategy, with the goal of enhancing its visibility and positioning within the scientific and medical communities as well as among the general public. I design and oversee communications initiatives, manage social media, and highlight scientific advancements while ensuring they are accessible and impactful.
At the same time, I structure and develop fundraising campaigns as well as sponsorship partnerships. I manage relationships with partners and coordinate internal stakeholders and external service providers, with a focus on efficiency, consistency, and impact.
« Station Debout is a unique research tool available to teams seeking to develop objective measurement protocols. Its success depends on strategic communication focused on demonstrating the clinical and scientific value of the work conducted to benefit patients. »
